On February 16, 2011, TerreStar Corporation and TerreStar Holdings Inc. (collectively, the "February 16 Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Chapter 11 Cases") in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (the "Bankruptcy Court"). These Chapter 11 Cases have been assigned to the Honorable Sean H. Lane and are jointly administered under the main case, TerreStar Corporation, case number 11-10612 (SHL). Copies of the Voluntary Petitions and the First Day Pleadings filed in these Chapter 11 Cases are available by clicking on the relevant tabs on the left side of this page.
The following debtors' chapter 11 cases, formerly jointly administered under the Chapter 11 Case of TerreStar Networks, Inc., case number 10-15446 (SHL) will now instead be jointly administered under the Chapter 11 Case of, TerreStar Corporation, case number 11-10612 (SHL):

On March 2, 2011, the February 16 Debtors filed their Schedules of Assets and Liabilities & Statements of Financial Affairs. Copies of the Schedules of Assets and Liabilities & Statements of Financial Affairs can be viewed by clicking on the appropriate tab on the left side of this page.
On April 6, 2011 the Bar Date Order (Docket No. 64) for the February 16 Debtors was entered establishing, among other things, May 13, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) as the deadline to file proofs of claim against the Debtors including administrative claims filed pursuant to Bankruptcy Code section 503(b)(9), (the "General Bar Date") as well as the deadline for (i) any TSN Debtor that holds a claim against any other TSC Debtor and (ii) any of the following non-debtor TSC affiliates that holds a claim against any other TSC Debtor: (a) TerreStar 1.4 Holdings LLC; (b) TerreStar Global Ltd.; (c) Trio 2 General Partnership; (d) Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan; (e) TerreStar Solutions Holdings Inc.; (f) 4491165 Canada Inc.; and (g) TerreStar Solutions Inc. to file proofs of claim against the other TSC Debtors (the "Intercompany Bar Date"). The Bar Date Order also established August 15, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) as the deadline for "governmental units" as defined by 11 U.S.C. section 101(27) of the Bankruptcy Code to submit proofs of claim against the Debtors (the "Governmental Bar Date"). On July 22, 2011, the TSC Debtors filed a proposed Plan of Reorganization and Disclosure Statement, which were then amended on December 27, 2011 and January 12, 2012. On January 19, 2012 an Order was entered approving the Disclosure Statement and establishing solicitation and voting procedures for the Joint Chapter 11 Plan. A confirmation hearing to approve the Debtors Amended Plan and Disclosure Statement has not yet been set. Please continue to check back for updates relating to the hearing.
